I first tested the prototype in Hong Kong and have to say it's an awesome product. It's probably one of those items you'll buy and carry on every flight you ever take.
I got to test it in Hong Kong about a month ago. I was really amazed with how comfortable it was and how stopped any light from coming in. Once the Kickstarter campaign launched, I knew I had to buy one.

I first bought it on KickStarter. The product seemed nice and well built. When I received it, it was malfunctioning and the sound was bad. Asked for a refund at that time...which he agreed if it wasn't up to my expectations. Bradley, who's probably the owner sent me a new speaker and unit and asked me to change the part myself...which I did. Wasn't functioning after. So...I went again, asking for a refund...but he prefered to send me a new unit. After testing the new unit...I RE-RE-asked for a refund and then...SILENCE...nothing...no answers.
I've been forced to write him back plenty of emails...without answers. GHOST ! A month later, I wrote to his team...and by magic, he wrote me back telling that everything should be fine and that's it.
2 months ago I wrote a review similar to this one about their product. Bradley wrote me back, telling me that they "finally" could refund me for those. Which I would be totally happy to send him back. Asked me about my Paypal-me #, sent it to him...NEVER...NEVER he answered me back nor sent me a refund...
So I'm still getting back to the same history that I had at the beginning : SILENCE.
They're good at it...except for their product...which brings NO SILENCE has it was TOLD on Kickstarter.
Still haven't any refund Bradley.
