Well I preordered this mask about 6 months before it was set to release and was very excited about it. When I received the mask it worked great. Within a matter of a month the sound in the left side stopped working. I contacted the company and was told this is a problem they have encountered and they would send me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement would not be sent out for a few more months before Christmas. I was told I would receive an invoice number and updates. I received nothing. I have been emailing the company and the person identified as Jen that told me she would take care of it and asking for updates as to what is happening. They have ignored my messages and done nothing to communicate with me. To say I am disappointed is an understatement as I spent almost $150.00 on this and waited 6 months to get it only to have it break while haveing the company do nothing about it and nothing to follow up on what they said they would do. I don't think this is how you should treat your customers.Pros:
