Signal Messenger

Signal has been a revelation for my communication needs, particularly when it comes to ensuring privacy and security. Its end-to-end encryption oofers a peace of mind, knowing that sensitive information remains confidential. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use for both professional and personal conversations.

I have been using and donating to Signal now for almost three years. I have zero reason to ever switch to another messenger, whether on mobile or desktop.

Minimalistic and user friendly interface. Really enjoy using it.

Signal Messenger has an open source code so I know it isn’t being used to track or monitor me without my knowledge.

The only good alternative to Whatsapp IMO. Once Whatsapp was purchased by Facebook, they had a very short time period where you can opt out of having your conversations recorded and sent to Facebook. If Facebook has your data, so does everyone else. I've been using it for several years now and it's always been reliable and easy enough to use that I can bring new people into the app. I like it the way it is.
