At Udacity's Udacity Blitz team, we looked pretty hard to find a CRM that would allow us to easily track all interactions our team has with clients and give us some more intelligence and enrichment, all without input. Salesflare has all of this out-of-the-box.
In Salesflare, we can open an account and automatically see every email conversation, note, and attachment that our assigned team has with every account contact in one place by simply connecting our emails on signup. Usually, you have to dig around to each 1-on-1 conversation with only one contact, or you have to remember to bcc every email to the CRM, which does not help when there is handover. You want to see every interaction with a client if you are coming onto an account, all at a glance.
It doesn't hurt that Salesflare is a great value for the feature set and that they are always on-call for service with great turnaround time. They are responsive with new features.
We needed a flexible, powerful, but low-touch CRM, so Salesflare is a great choice, no matter our team size as we grow.
