this is more useful than the various google sheets that get sent around after each layoff. good to see this as a cetralized repo. hopefully there's some sort of expiration so folks that are hired don't clog up the site (or there's a freshness indicator)

great tool. I really am a big fan of wanted concepts! when unemployed and searching for a job is so hard, so when you finally got interviews or offers and then start discussing salary and benefits things generally turn south. I have been back to my previous approach: asking from the very beginning what is the plan and budget for the role. Surprisingly, in most cases, I realised the company hadn't really thought through the whole thing. I came to the conclusion that this is hy many company fails or struggle: they disregard recruitment process. You products and concept trigger a shift in the right direction and support it. A revolution similar to the one triggered by glassdoor. FANTASTIC!!!! Can't wait for your tools to include a broader diversity of jobs (not just tech).

Super great product! I have been living in various continents for almost 10 different company in the last 10 years. Providing a salary/package estimation is ALWAYS a f@#! conundrum. this tool is a lifehack I have been waiting for. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thanks for being proactive and most of all: fast to act! Whereas the problems stemming from the job losses are obvious, solutions are scarce and scrappy (emails to founder community etc) slow and frustrating for everyone. Love the simple idea and execution 🙏🙏🙏

This is the missing piece in modern hiring. Right now, there are an infinite number of companies reaching out to my freinds and I for jobs. A lot of my friends went deep into hiring processes only to discover late that the salary would not match their salary expectation. Clearing this upfront is the best way to stop useless fights and save time to everyone.

Salary expectations is the one thing I never discuss when applying for a job online, it's refreshing to make it part of the process in such an open way, and makes sure you don't waste your time and others' interviewing for a position that you wouldn't have taken anyway. Wanted is the best in term of transparency and time effectiveness when looking for a job. Seeing them bringing goodies to employers is awesome.

Seems to be missing most of the midwest. Nothing at all in Minnesota.
