Love the direction here, however, hopped into the Web client and I'm pretty turned off by the color palette/fonts/etc. I know this must sound superficial/nitpicky, but if I'm to be in an application for much/most of the day, aesthetic/UX/UI are quite important to me.
What's the level of user customizability on this? I haven't played with it too much yet.
Philosophically, however... LOVE this.

@seymourgroup From within the app we only provide the ability to customize room colours, however thanks to the magic of opensource you can take over some existing customization or dark themes out there, or make your own for a perfect experience! Themes will make it to the app only later unfortunately

@amandinelepape Very cool. This is definitely a quantum leap in accessibility. In my mind, there's an entire industry to be built around making opensource projects more accessible to less-technical users and biz stakeholders - I see stuff like Riot as a great step in that direction.
