I've been using Reply Now for a few weeks already and I really like how easy it is to manage social media chats and messenger communications in one place. You can invite team members, leave internal notes, assign and reassign chats like in Intercom.

Pros:

Handy app to manage chats in one place

Cons:

None so far

I've been using Reply for one year. Very useful for outbound sales but complicated for inbound. I'd probably recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

I've been using 'Reply Now' for a couple of weeks now. So far so good. Simplified the workflows of our support team, by keeping all messenges together. Also, I would love to see Whatsapp in the product.

Pros:

Useful functionality to have a clear visibility on the leads and convenient way to manage incoming inquiries in messengers

Cons:

Sometimes UI is not that obvious

Highly recommend to everyone who needs to automate his communications with the customers

Pros:

Convenient interface, detailed documentary and really fast support in the chat

Cons:

Sometimes can work slowly

better customer service, better info on policies visible, better ux to show that you've not cancelled your account when you remove all services.
