As the head of an agency that runs multiple products, campaigns and e-mail lists for numerous clients (from a karate dojo to an international technical university, with a health-and-wellness client also in the mix), I realise how diverse your e-mail lists can get. So the hassle of sending out a semi-unified e-mail to your customers that speaks to their interests is almost impossible. Thank heavens for Rasa. No jokes, after 3 mails tested from 1 (yes, just 1) of our clients' accounts (the wellness and community enterprise), we got calls and messages thanking us for "updating how we do things, and answering questions they still wanted to ask". Here's the secret: we didn't. We set the topics available to their customers. Their customers clicked. The AI calculated. The next weekly mail went out... and bingo. Responses went up 8.2% (from an already high 31%. Which is REALLY high for a newsletter mail). Conversions jumped 5%. And our customer? Well, they are adding their other, new business to our stable of clients as well.

If you have watched the video with Jared above, you get the general gist of what Rasa does. The most essential feature of any solution is their support, and Rasa support is A grade, personal responsive. They are indeed an extended part of my team and help me with an essential aspect of my business. Rasa unexpectedly has positively changed my business and extended multiple opportunities to me. My newsletter niches in a specific area Accounting Apps, and worldwide wide I'm now known as the Accounting Apps expert. The newsletter platform receives blog feeds on this particular topic, and as I scan through them to check if they are ok to go in the newsletter, I've unexpectedly found, I'm learning heaps about the industry.
