Hi Product Hunters πŸ‘‹, I'm Whit, an indie maker, a product lover and a huge Product Hunt fan ❀️. Thank you for checking out RandomPizza. The idea πŸ’‘for RandomPizza came from attending so many of these different tech and startup events/meetups. So often I'd find myself going home with a free box pizza because there were leftovers πŸ•. That feeling of getting free pizza and sharing it with your friends was great but happened pretty infrequently. I thought hmm.. I would never pay for that pizza but maybe, I would pay for that *experience* of getting a random free pizza more often. RandomPizza was built without any code. I quickly hacked together a frontend in Weblow and shared on Twitter. Below are the no-code tools that gives RandomPizza life: Webflow - Website Gumroad - Subscription / Payments Typeform - Data on Preferences / Form Google Sheet - Database Zapier - Pushing & Pulling Data / Automations Use @ProductHunt's exclusive discount code β€œPapaRyans” for 10% off. Join the Pizza Party today! I have to thank @thisiskp_ the most! In my maker journey, he has been the one that has pushed and grown me. Everyone please checkout KP on Twitter and see what he's working on. He drops wisdom everyday! I can't thank you enough KP. πŸ™ Thank you for checking out RandomPizza and I hope I can add value to the community in a positive way. I'd love to know your thoughts and feedback on RP. I am so grateful you all took the time the check out my project. β€οΈπŸ™
@producthunt @thisiskp_ @whit_anderson Yes! Definitely adding positive value to the community with random pizza deliveries *-*
@producthunt @thisiskp_ @asma_mohammed Thank you for your kind words Asma! πŸ™Œ pizza all around πŸ•πŸ•πŸ•
Glad to hunt this for @whit_anderson. I've first heard his initial idea in a weekly meetup I run in Atlanta and loved it right away. It quickly drew everyone's attention (I mean pizza is not hard to like!) since it hits the right chord of user delight/surprise and "variable reward" principles of product building. You'll get at least 1 pizza (so the value is guaranteed!) but you have the upside of getting up to 3 pizzas which is awesome. I've been one of the early paid members and enjoyed getting surprised twice. Very interested to see what you all say/think of this idea and what suggestions you may have. Also, this entire product was built without code so it's extra special to me! #GoNoCode
@thisiskp_ Incredible the power of No-Code! Thank you for showing me the way.
Such a fun and care free service. Whether you decide to have your random pizzas delivered to your home, or your office, the surprise of a couple unexpected pizzas can make any day fun. It’s also an easy way to make a friend or coworkers day by offering a slice! Life should always be a little random
@ryanmonty10 Couldn't say it better myself! Life should be a little random - great thoughts πŸ™
Really impressed with the amount of creativity you've displayed to add such fun and variability to a simple, everyday activity! Thank you for sharing this!!
@andy_irwin Variability is super important to this product. Really enjoy hearing some stories about how the variability will play out in real life. πŸ•
Love the idea behind this one - making everyday things fun through randomness. Also gives me the perfect excuse to indulge in pizza. Easily navigable interface with quirky, fun lingo.
@cassidy_harte1 Thank you Cassidy! I tried to make the copy as fun as possible (some might not think it's funny πŸ˜…) I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!
