@itsshashank @alexisohanian @dtran320 We're already scaling. We only have 2 agents and we plan to keep that number down while we write software to automate and facilitate their workflows. As we get the media side more involved, there are more efficiencies we can achieve.

@rickyyean Interesting. This is the section I don't understand: "When we fail, we also will give you a ton of feedback, so you'll get better next time around". Seems like you're saying "We failed, so we're going to point out how we think you made us fail". Obviously that's not what you're trying to say, but I'd recommend reconsidering your wording there.
