I have terrible experience using the platform. It's unfair and lack of transparency. We launched our product recently. When other competitors actually promoted with misleading words like 'Upvote to get 10% off', we were the one who got punished by the staff - they down ranked us, and said 'there's nothing we can do about it, it's all algorithm'. We got 1000+ votes in the end, but for the last few minutes the vote all of a sudden decreased by 50+ without any reason.
