Excellent product. How different is from other APM tools?

@naveenkumar We differentiate from other APM vendors by ways we expose the detected insights. Plumbr embeds explicit concepts of User and Root Cause, which allow us to give you the list of users who used a particular application yesterday and received the worst experience. And we can give you a list of root causes ranked by the impact in # of users so you can see that this particular lock resulted in 1,200 users being forced to wait for 20h yesterday or this particular exception in source code was the reason why 800 users got a NullPointerException in the purchase flow.
