MPOW and a bunch of other companies make items like this: http://www.xmpow.com/all-product... How is this kickstarter revolutionary?

What a smart idea! I love products that seem to be very simple but serve one specific purpose.

@sebastienb I always 1) Wish it wasn't a Kickstarter 2) Wish if I back it will show up even remotely on the delivery date posted. I've had very little success with #2

@sebastienb As a company that is working very closely with boud (creators of PLUB) on this project, I can promise that this project is very much keeping with its delivery schedule. Having had some issues with their first crowdfunding venture (FLEX CAM: PIC) they made conscious efforts to ensure timely delivery this time around! Appreciate you checking our page out!

lots of jack to bluetooth dongles out there. not sure the design matters here since it s not supposed to be visible. regardless it s still bears with wires....nothing can beat the airpods....ok. the price....but it s worth it

❤️ it! I guess most wasted stuff I got from Apple product pack, is earphone, plus the new earpod. With this cube I'dlove to give my old earphones a chance.

@shellehs The compatibility with previously used headphones, I think is one of PLUB's main appeals! Thanks for the love!

It's a great way to expand the use of your wired headphones, but there are already plenty of products already on the market that are similar to this (e.g. http://www.avantree.com/product-..., https://www.producthunt.com/post..., https://www.producthunt.com/post..., http://www.myblueant.com/product...).

@shimmb Definitely, PLUB definitely is not the first solution for this. PLUB aims to be the lightest, smallest & simplest UX solution! Appreciate your interest!

If you're putting the cord and the plub into your pocket, why not just plug it into your phone... which is most likely also in your pocket?
Jueyoung Khwarg

@chriskalani I think basically it comes down to a movement issue. If you're moving around and the cord gets caught, your phone could come flying out of your pocket. With PLUB, even if it flies out, because of its light weight, it's much less likely to fall & break. Also as PLUB is smaller, you can clip it to your shirt, insert it into a shirt pocket etc. Thanks for the question!
