Pixabay is a great resource for images that are ok to use on your website.

Pros:

Easy to use, good variety of images

Cons:

I don't know if I should use English or American spelling in searches

Hello. Thanks for your review. Sometimes really better to try both as tags are written by people from all over the world. Some use British English, others American one. We do not have strict rules for this
Both usually work. Our search engine does that automatically for you.

альтернативы нет

Pros:

Свободный доступ, отсутвие регирации

Cons:

альтернативы нет

Спасибо за оценку! Надеюсь, что ресурс вам действительно полезен. И да, мы всегда открыты для чего-то нового, если есть пожелания, готовы прислушаться

Perfect for any kind of app, images from Pixabay are free to use in personal and commercial projects.

Pros:

Easy to use and implement in any programming language,

Lots of search options,

Safe search,

Fast response from API server

Cons:

Low API rate limits, maybe more options should be provided like paid subscriptions

Thanks for your review. We'll think about what can be done, but we do not want to do paid subscriptions, as we we want Pixabay to be free for everyone
Also, a rate limt of 5,000 requests/hour is quite the default. Not even Twitter or similar sites procode more. Yet, on proper implementation, we can increase this limit at any time.

I have used images from this site many times. I always find new treasures when I go exploring

Pros:

Quality, volume, ease of use

Cons:

Looks great to me

Why is "Looks great to me" given as "Cons"? :-)

I've used Pixabay since the beginning. A few people I met on Squidoo (takes me back) were part of the development team. Because of that, I've stuck with Pixabay - watched them grow, and am very pleased to use their site for my stock images.

Pros:

Lots of images to choose from. The WP plugin is convient too.

Cons:

It's still unclear the use license. Even though it lets you give credit to the photographer, you still have to leave the plugin to confirm.

Thanks for your kind feedback :-)

I animate primarily Pixabay photos in software such as Ripl or Lumen5 to create short animations for social media marketing. Takes the static imagery to the next level. I share this valuable resource with everyone!

Pros:

Great photos, searching is easy. And it’s free. For start-ups and not for profits, this is invaluable.

Cons:

Not for free. And the paid ones are only marginally better.

Hi Lynn, thanks for your kind words. I just don't know why "Not for free" is mentioned in Cons. It's defintely free :-) Cheers, Simon
Pixabay is Free I use it all the time. There Are links to similar photos etc. there to Shutterstock.com which is a paid site, but All images and videos on Pixabay are Free, millions of them.

Easy to use

Pros:

Lots of great free photos

Cons:

Sometimes I can't find what I'm looking for...so even larger selection
