A very novel idea. You can use any of the pictures you take from anywhere in the world and send your family and friends beautiful quality postcards easily! Great product!!Pros:
So easy to use and you can use it in any country you travel to.Cons:
In a world feeling more and more connected but less and less personal,
pennypost is a great way to connect with people on a real level. I love using
it as a tool to send to clients after a visit or event: it's a thank you note, memory
and keepsake all in one. I've even sent one as a thank you for a job interview! I got the job.Pros:
Easy, efficient and great qualityCons:
If there's a con, I haven't found it yet.
I used this app to send friends and family post cards while I was on a business trip in India and on vacation in London. They came out beautifully and was much cheaper and faster to use the the app rather than send it from the country.Pros:
It's easy to use and it's something fun to send your friends and family.Cons:
UI got a little buggy.
Honestly, this app is brilliant. We live in a digital world, communicate digitally, work digitally--there's never anything to hold except your phone. pennypost brings us back to the physical world.
I love sending pennyposts of my friends' kids (what up, Isaac!) to them and then seeing those pennyposts on the fridge or at their office. I love receiving pennyposts and carrying them around in my pocket.
It's seems like such a simple concept, but once you receive one, you'll fall in love.Pros:
Brilliant idea. Super easy to use. Brings us back to the physical world.Cons:
I've been using the product in beta for more than a year. I love being able to jump on and send great photos to any friends and family quickly with a few clicks. I love to send them after visitng friends as a thank you with photo highlights and to family we miss. There is no easier and sweeter way to bring you're photos to life, while showing people how much you love them.Pros:
high quality printing, super easy platform!Cons:

During my trip to Colombia, my fiancee and I used Penny Post to send out postcards using our own photos. Once you set it up, it's so easy to send photos from your trips to friends and family during every trip. So much better than sending generic postcards and hunting for stamps and post offices while you travel.Pros:
Outstanding custom postcards that are easy to create and perfect for any trip. Friends and family loved the photos we sent out.Cons:
No complaints here. It's amazing
Pennypost solves a couple problems for me: I never sent postcards a while traveling (it was too tricky in the end), I could keep my older relatives who like mail better in my thoughts far easier (like a physical version of Snapchat), and for work events, it was super easy to a post photos of events to social media AND send them in person to a list of supporters as physical thank yous right from the event (I run programs at a museum where immediate community outreach is critical). I could even customize photos to certain stakeholders - so useful!!!
I haven't found an app that really aggregates addresses safely and effectively like this app does. I like pennypost for work and for personal life. Apps that can do something for me in both those spheres are the ones I always keep. Totally worth it!Pros:
Convenience, convenience, convenience!Cons:
I haven't found another app for postcard sending
For me Pennypost offers two major benefits. One being that many of the places I travel to often do not offer postcards. The second being that I am able to share images of my visits that are more relevant to my experiences versus a generic stock photo. A bonus is that I also don't need to bother locating a post office in a strange city or village.Pros:
Easy to use, customizableCons:
None that I've
