@suscov That probably would have been one of the team in New York, welcoming you to the community - we personally welcome everyone who signs up :-) We actually have a fairly active community in Lisbon, some Super Locals there have even run Party with a Local events for us, maybe you were just unlucky the days you tried. Did you fill in a full profile? Set a party status or two? Add events you were interested in or going to? Chat with multiple people? We find that users who get the most out of it are people who make some effort. We aren't at the size and scale everywhere in the world yet where the app just 'works' immediately. But we have had recent report from a new user in Amsterdam who met 4 via the app people in the first week of using it, 8 in the first 2 weeks, so we are getting there!
