Would you recommend this product?

Parlor reduces the friction between customers, developers, and designers. Instead of using intercom to relay messages for product feedback now you can run experiments in you app with very little time investment.

Pros:

Great product and design. Really helps increase user engagement

Cons:

Parlor is still early stage so a few kinks are still being worked out

Tight feedback loops from your customers into your product are critical. You can't have enough of them.

Pros:

Great concept, amazing team

Cons:

PM/Design teams will need to break out of their existing bad habits.

I love Parlor! They've made it super easy to get involved with customer and market research, something that isn't easy to do if you've never had to negotiate that space before. Their team is responsive and friendly, and I love how easy the app is to use and to integrate into my product. They need more options for research and analytics, but I understand they're adding more in the next couple of months. Definitely worth the money.

Pros:

Easy to use, incredibly friendly and helpful team.

Cons:

Not enough research options

What a great idea. Turn users into sparring-partners. A way to send product-ideas out to the crowd before committing lots of capital. Often, your clients can tell you about surprising new ways to use your product. Website looks awesome. Slack and Teams, move over, with Parlor you get a direct way to interact with clients.
