Joel is in a class by himself. He is innovative, talented, and takes a unique perspective on the culinary experience. Eating is all about sharing and connecting, and Papalosophy is as close to a Papa Serra eating experience as you can get if you're not able to take in a dining event of his in Barcelona. I enjoy spending time with him here in Barcelona, and can't wait to try the recipes he has concocted for Papalosophy.
