@afhill I was going to say the same thing. This isn't "Usability Testing" in the traditional sense and I think it's a bit of a misnomer. Nothing beats putting your product in front of real potential users and seeing how they use it.
It's a great point @afhill. We have toyed with positioning our offering in that way, but the ability to understand what it is that we do within an elevator pitch became significantly more muddled when we started using the terms micro-consulting and micro-mentoring.
