Thanks @erictwillis for the Hunt! We're huge fans of Stackshare.io so if you're looking for developer tools/services check them out! I'll keep this short and sweet: There's so many startups today that it can be difficult and overwhelming to find the best ones. We built OnBoard as a place to discover the best startups in each category and see who else is using them. Creating a Board is a great way to share the startups you use and show off your work flow/preferences. Currently opening beta access to all ProductHunters! We'd love to hear your feedback onboardstartup@gmail.com :)

@taylordcheng Looks good! Just signed up! So what's the difference between this and Stackshare? What's the vision behind Onboard?

@d4nyll Awesome! Thanks for signing up. To answer your question: the core difference is that Stackshare is centered around the tools companies are using, while OnBoard helps you see the services people are using. We've received a lot of positive feedback on the 'Boards' feature because it shows you which tools are being used by actual people. The startup category can feel cluttered with so many new tools & services launching overnight. The vision is to help organize and make it easier to find the useful ones.
