Ocoya 2.0

Negative. App does the worse job with scheduling, it is a nightmare. Support is unhelpful, slow. Asked for a refund, tas performance was very poor, didn’t manage to use it even once. Support said it is not acc to their policy to do refunds.

Slow customer support. False Feature promises. There are several positives. Great A.I. features. Clean layout. Easy to use UI. But the lack of support makes this not worth the time when issues arise. I have been trying to get help with an account issue for over a week from the time of this post.

I have tried numerous marketing platforms before and none of them offered all the features that I was looking for. I had to use 5 different apps to do what one should do. I am happy to say that I can now manage all my marketing campaigns from one place, Ocoya! The interface is easy to use and the content they provide is top notch!

Ocoya gets it! Our pain point as a busy executive who need a one-stop social media tool without switching to Jarvis/Copy.ai , canva and buffer/ hootsuite.
