@maiab this is big step for the sexual self-determination of u.s. women.
In Germany women usually get a prescription for six month. After the first prescription the next is only a phone call away (depends on the physician).
Something similar to nurx would be Dr. Ed (https://www.dred.com/de/).

@maiab Awesome to see that Plan B is available too! Its suppose to be available over-the-counter these days, but with all things related to women's health, that isn't always the case.
