Nuclino

Part knowledge base, part collaboration space 🧠

5.0/5
About

Nuclino is the easiest way to organize and share knowledge in teams. Create real-time collaborative documents and connect them instantly like a wiki. Use the tree, board, and graph view to explore and organize your knowledge visually. It's great for meeting notes, product requirements, docs, decisions, and more.

Excellent product which is on the right track. In my view the pricing is too high for this stage with 5 Euro/user/ month. G Suite costs 4 euro for it's vast service portfolio. For us a price point at 1 or 2 Euro would feel comfortable.

Pros:

Slick and simple tool to store and find your company's knowledge, processes etc

Cons:

PDFs should be displayed visually in an entry, not just as a hyperlink

Nuclino definitely deserves to be as popular as Slack and Trello. Like Slack and Trello, Nuclino focuses on one task and does a brilliant job at it. I really hope this stays actively maintained!

Pros:

* Fabulous user experience design

* Well thought out page organisation

* Live collaboration is awesome

* Impressive WYSIWYG markdown editor

Cons:

CSS of pages needs a bit of tweaking (things feel a bit bunched up)

I dig nuclino, although they have one view called board view that kind of confuses me in its concept, but other than that it's good.

Pros:

I love the ease of use and the speed - it just feels "slick", but feels more techy than DB Paper (which came first?).

Cons:

I do wish, much like with DB paper that there were just more options and integrations.

Shaping the future of sales @ Demodesk

Used Nuclino for different projects now and I admire how they have evolved. It's a great and simple tool for collaboratively working on notes, ideas and Todos.

I can only recommend using it

Pros:

- clean and easy

- great for collaboration

- different display modes (boards, lists & graphs)

Cons:

I'd love to see pinned items for all workspaces in one place
