I've been trying to reach support for a month. First over their Intercom chat on September 26. A week later over email. No answer. The company might be dead already.
After the initial excitement of centralizing my domain management and connecting my registrar accounts, I immediately saw API / syncing problems and UI bugs that made the service mostly unusable for me. I contacted support a few times, with delayed responses and very limited results.
Nice UI, cool concept
Buggy, no support
Tried to pay for a domain, you know to test it out, and I got this error.
XML-RPC fault: Error on object : OBJECT_UNKNOWN (CAUSE_BADPARAMETER) [missing field streetaddr]
ALL fields were filled in correctly. Obviously avoid like the plague!
Nice UI - that's it
Everything else. Can't pay for domains, buggy, no support. Take your pick!
This has been my go to website when I try to look for the perfect domain for my organizations I work with. Kuddos on the website design.
Really enjoy the interface the usability of this website.
Love to see a domain random generator or a better way to select domains based on data I have inputted.
Can't transfer domain with transfer tool "in development" for over a year, really wish I've never signed up… ☹️
No support / updates
I've had issues transferring and now it still says my domain is transferring months later. My domain expires in 31 days, and I'm worried it's not even going to work. I hope I can transfer it away from Nuage back to Hover if things don't work.
Really nice features and simple UI/UX
Practially no support, takes forever. Buggy
I have lost potentially 10's of thousands of dollars because I cannot get a hold of anyone from this company. I have my domains locked where I cannot transfer. I cannot even pay for renewals. It's been a nightmare to say the least. My auto-renews were NEVER renewed. Gandi is the registrar who NuageApp resells with and haven't had any good experience with them as well.
The design experience was cool
The support is terrible. It is out of business?
After almost two years and several domains, Nuage showed that their support is barely even existant. Also, I am not the only case, they seem to lose a lot of domains that suprisingly are owned by domaingrabber afterwards.
- Barely any support
- losing domains
- no notifications
- customer handling sucks
