It's an online safe space where people can try the 6-steps toolkit βš’οΈ to rid themselves of feelings of shame. The steps are based on sociologist and best-selling author Dr. @BreneBrown 's work on the power of courage πŸ’ͺand vulnerability. I was inspired ☁️ by all the strong people who shared their stories as the #Metoo movement took off and I decided to create a platform where people would have the opportunity to empower themselves and hopefully also encourage an open conversation about difficult emotions and promote a culture of sharing and self-care.
