    Pros:

Delightful to use and just enough flexibility to set up your workspace the way you like it

    Cons:

    None! Seriously.

Love how many different content formats are available and how easy it is to create hierarchy of content within the tool. The desktop tool is my go to spot for taking notes, keeping track of ideas and to do's and long form documentation.

    Pros:

Very easy to use, beautiful design, great for SOPs

    Cons:

The paid version is too expensive for our team to each have a license

I've been using the free version for several months specifically for creating internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for my web design agency.

It is really easy to create section and subsections, and keep our files up to date. It gives us nicer layout than using a Google doc and the way it syncs between the desktop version and app version is great.

The only downside is the cost for us to buy a license for each team member at $8.00/mo per user. Although Notion is a product we would use weekly, it's priced higher than a product which we use daily and which our business depends on like G Suite which is $5.00/mo per user.

    Pros:

    Beautiful design, intuitive interface

    Cons:

They should charge more -- hope they are around for a long time!

I've been using Notion on the web for a long time now. I have to say, this is the most complete and beautiful note taking app I've ever used.

Many come close, but none of them give me the ability to quickly jot down some info, and then build up to something with a high degree of polish. All of this in one app!

It's great now that they've released the iOS version so my notes can stay in sync across all platforms.

Thank-you to the team at Notion -- it's crazy how quickly they iterate. Kudos to making a great product!

  • Pros:

Incredibly flexible, handles heavy duty workloads, fits all of my brain-dump use cases.

    Cons:

    None! It's magic.

I run my home and work life out of Notion, everything from product management through to technical documentation and research. Amazing app, and handles huge amounts of information without a stutter.

The flexibility both within pages, and the page structure itself, is unique to this app. Can't think of another knowledge, task or project management platform that could compete.

    Pros:

Easy to use, fast data entry and review of shared project information. Useful for content sharing and collection and project coordination.

    Cons:

    None yet

I use it to coordinate multiple projects and multiple teams and it allows us to keep everyone on the same page with tasks, notes, to-do lists, links, references, shared documents, etc.

    Pros:

    flexible, easy, potential

    Cons:

can't share websites or articles directly to Notion, few fonts, on Chinese version

it's wonderful, I'll totally recommend to my friends. and I'm really looking forward to the coming up tasks and table function. I also expect there can be more links between Evernote and Notion, even though I think these two are for different purposes.

Besides, I hope there can be more functions for bloggers.

Last but not least, hope the picture embedded in the page can be put on the left, instead of always in the center(anchor = center) when I make the picture smaller.

    Notion gogogo!!

  • Pros:

Ease of use, embedding, features, design, organisation

    Cons:

Navigation could be easier on a tiny phone screen but you can always just scroll sideways

This is the best app of its genre that I have ever used and I really have tried them all. It has features that will appeal to many types of users, it's simple yet efficient and looks beautiful too. It is also great that you can use it across devices.

I am glad I found this as I am currently planning my Asia trip on it and I've never been so organised in my life...

    Good work guys, thank you!
