Noora

I am currently using Noora with some other people to discuss feedback with users, write up documentation, and even report bugs. What's so great about Noora is that it has an easy to use interface, tailored for support, but it is still flexible enough that I can use it for internal processes as well. You can also tell how committed the Noora team is to build something that is truly all you need for support as a startup. They have always been responsive and helpful any time I've been in contact with them.
