Calling on @SirKneeland to do an AMA :)
First question: Congrats on launch! What made the Nokia sub-team decide to go in this direction?

@sirkneeland I have been trying to install it in my HTC One M7, but I am unable to download the APK. I can go as far as signing in using my Google account, but I don't get the link to download. How can I get my hands on the launcher? Thanks!

I can't go into details but as a newer, smaller, nimbler company we can now bring cool new things to market that we couldn't before. We are now un-handcuffed :)
So I like the concept (Google had a product, can't remember the name right now, that allowed you to search your contacts by drawing the letters) BUT in that use case, you typically know the name of the contact you are trying to find. In my use so far, I don't necessary remember the names of the apps I use as I just remember the visual location/folder they reside in. (finger/tap memory)
Don't know if this is possible, but if there was a way for Zlauncher to "migrate" existing apps that are on users' homescreens into the recommendations, maybe the onboarding wouldn't be that bad. (like copying bookmarks from browser to browser) @sirkneeland

Hi Taylor! I really like the suggestion and how to improve the transition/onboarding experience is something we are asking ourselves about quite a bit.
We want to build this software in collaboration with users, so if you could add this to our feedback site at feedback.zlauncher.com we can take it up!
This is the most underrated product that I can find here. I have been using it for a while since it came out here on PH, and it's great.
Just now I left my review on the Play store that I think that it's appropriate to share here:
Stop looking for your apps!
If you, like me, loves Mac OS X Spotlight and rarely use its dock, you might love this launcher as much as I do.
Think of this launcher as a super charged Spotlight where most of the time it shows you the apps you want to click on in the first page, and very rarely you'll have to draw the first letter of the app/person you want to contact. It just works!!
99% of the time the home screen has the app that I need anyway, and its possibility to remove a letter if you mistyped it or the launcher misinterpreted it is great!
It supports widgets now! But I would still like for it to support the regular old launcher with groupings instead of a long list of applications on the second page. The reason is that very rarely I install some games/apps that I rarely use, and then I forget their name. This way one could have groups of apps for stuff that one rarely uses on the second page, being the best of two worlds.
Regardless, it gets 5 stars from me, you just won't fidget away trying to get to the app that you have in mind anymore
