Warning: You can't cancel your subscription. I have been a customer for 8 months, but wanted to cancel my subscription at some point. I try to go to their Stripe portal, but they have disabled the option to cancel from there (you can only change plans). Their support is non-existent, and it smells like a scam... - They do not reply to emails - Their support channels on their website are fake (For example, they list Slack, but it links to their email adresse) But worst of all... After finally getting a reply from them through Twitter dm's, I asked them to cancel my subscription. I followed up to confirm, but did not get a reply this time. They still charged my card. My subscription is still running. I have changed my subscription to the lowest tier now, and will have to do a chargeback through my bank, which I know is expensive for them, when they use Stripe. Avoid this product, there are many better alternatives.

NoCodeAPI has charged me once again. Despite attempting to take action online, I have not been successful, as users are required to submit requests to downgrade their accounts, which seems to be ineffective. I made my first request via email in mid-November 2022 and received an "I'll consider it" response, but I have since been charged twice. I had previously supported this application and even taught others how to use it, but since its acquisition, the quality of customer service has declined considerably. Do not sign up for a Trial for a paid account, the only way a user can downgrade or cancel the account is through email, this seems like a massive violation of 'GDPR' like laws not to mention subpar user experience.

This company is technically a fraud. You just cannot cancel the service except asking credit card to block their charge. Asking to cancel inside the app was totally ignored. Requesting to cancel by email resulted in relentless questions to which they could easily find answers through their database. Continuing to send me emails even after I explicitly asking them to stop. Stay away!!

Since It's sold, the help center isn't helpful anymore. I already paid for a plan, stripe had charged my credit card yet the plan had not upgraded even though I had sent a couple of emails to them to solve it. They only replied once and did not contain the solutions.

Very bad customer services. Not responsive and refuse to provide any support despite paying monthly subscriptions. Charge extra subscriptions fees and push the blame on stripe instead of providing the usage logs for verifications. Also feedback to Stripe that NoCodeAPI is charging fraudulent transactions but they refused to help. In the end we have to cancel our business card because of these fraudulent company policies and treatment of our feedback/cancellation and Stripe inability to counter suspected fraud effectively. @ Basilakis: Yes, for a week, we have used over the limit usage and we have paid for it. But the same amount is deducted for another 5 months despite us informing of the discrepancies. You can refer to the rest of the comments in the threads that the experiences were similar.

You have exceed your limits and you have been charged for that.

I was an early adopter, and when they offered lifetime accounts immediately bought one to support the company. Unfortunately i Iost access to the email connected with the account, but after I sent a copy of my driver's license, they said they would change the email connected to my account the next day. That didn't happen and they didn't answer my emails for 3 weeks, until I started sending messages to their Twitter account. Suddenly they wouldn't change the email because I have a lifetime account. Really shitty way to appreciate people who showed support early on.
