Review of Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch has become the most played console in my house. This is partly because of the great games that have come out for it and partly because it was made for you to keep playing. In the evenings, I can just pick it up off the dock and keep playing Splatoon 2 in bed. I actually use the handheld mode fairly often; even around my house. The resolution of its screen isn't great, but none of the games released so far have high end graphics so it's not too much of a problem. The battery life isn't awesome, but you can get about 3 hours of game time out of it. It won't last for long flights, but it'll hold up around the house or bringing it in to the office. I highly recommend this. I would also suggest splurging and getting a pro controller with it. Definitely worth it.

I put a massive amount of time into this game. I ended up not doing much creating, but I played a ton of levels. It's kind of difficult to navigate through the levels to find a specific one, but if you're just interested in playing random levels, it's not difficult to get started.

Review of Nintendo Labo

I love that this gives a bit of a maker vibe without the need for tools and things that cut burn or scrape. Who needs plastic? Metal, schmetal! Love the creativity and flexibility

Review of Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch singlehandedly saved console gaming. In a world where PS4 and Xbox One have the same boring "blockbuster" games, Nintendo is back releasing the best exclusives on the market. If you own a PC and a Switch, you're better off than if you own a PS4 and an Xbox.

Review of Nintendo Labo

Using the physical world to engage with video games is something we've wanted from Nintento from the beginning. Looks like the've finally delivered. I love that they've chosen cardboard instead of plastic. This makes developing and expanding very inexpensive. This leads to a much more personal for the kids, as they are encouraged to colour it and make it their own. This inspires creativity, not only for the kids, but also for the game developers as well. Any smart gaming company will create something like this for their games, and this experience truly sets the nintendo switch apart from any other console. Well done Nintendo, you have my respect.
