hmm. I'm surprised that this has got as much backing $ as it has. LEAP Motion have a huge amount of resources behind them in terms of funding and are pushing heavily on the VR front: https://www.leapmotion.com/produ... - their tech is also regarded as best in class; having a field of view quite a lot larger than these nimble sense guys propose. There are also significant technological advantages in the fact that Leap has two overlapping cameras, as far as I'm aware. Overall, my initial reaction would be that I'm not sure this will take off long-term, but I'll gather the thoughts of my friends in the industry.
