Does this record in the background (so you can look at gmaps/waze concurrently) or do you need a separate phone running?

@pavtalk good question. On android Nexar does run in the background. On iOS, however, we are limited by the operating system and can't yet run Nexar in the background.

@pavtalk Couldn't you start Waze/gmaps navigation and then switch to Nexar?
