A couple weeks ago they canceled a couple hundred(?) accounts without any reason. Later it became clear that this user were using the card too often to withdraw money (which obviously cost them a lot of money).
Now there is a fair-use policy in place. Something like first 5 withdrawal in a month are free. The others will be charged.

@bertconcepts Got their email about this as well and was highly disappointed... the first 3 withdrawals a month are free but ... come on, cash every 10 days and fair use? I'd understand something like twice weekly but not this :(
