Hi @jesse_vickey. We currently support translation to/from Slack, HipChat, Skype and - as of a few minutes ago - Microsoft Teams. We'll be adding other enterprise messaging platforms - such as Salesforce Chatter and Cisco Spark - in the months ahead.
