A life-saver in terms of timesheets and analysing time spent on tasks. It also provides some task management tools (especially good for planning).
AI time-tracking picks up on which activities go where super quickly!
Ai not great unfortunately. Also too much manual input needed in my opinion.

Review of Memory by Timely
Started using this product in Aug17. By Oct17 stopped functioning. Unable to collect, download data, export, etc. Pretty UX interface just doesn't work for actual use at its core. Contacted customer support in Oct17 still not functioning in Jan2018... but they are still charging my card even after cancel subscription in Oct17.
Support: Avoid "AMY" - very unprofessional. If you want a down and out argument with a stranger then AMY is your girl! #Human #Support #Unpleasant

Review of Timely
The service is ok but there are alternative solution with a better feature/cost fit. For me it was expensive before the price increase. What really triggers my Non-recommendation was that the cancellation process is combined with a survey that can lead to misinterpretation - you think that you have canceled your subscription as you hit submit but actually a step was missing. This is not transparent und misleading
