Hey, this is a Chinese app which Facebook describes as "Instagram from Videos" and has gathered 100 million users, and 5 million DAUs in 8 months. Facebook discussed this at Cannes. More about it here: http://venturebeat.com/2015/06/2....
The video output looks pretty cool and makes novices like me make better videos.
