@sanemavcil does this book go into what happens when your brain doesn't produce enough (the chemical reactions/causes of depression/anxiety)?

@katesegrin No these 4 Chemicals are all happy chemicals actually. For example as being nice to someone results in the release of oxytocin 😉 There is information about neural circuits, Myelin (which is very important for brain) , rewiring the brain and more in this book. I like neuroscience a bit 😁

@sanemavcil same here! I also have a panic disorder and I know one of the things that's wonky about my own brain chemistry is that my Serotonin receptors/"storage" don't play nice (aka they don't work properly). Hence why I asked ;)

@katesegrin ohh I had panic attack too. If you know how your system works you can solve that like me. Healthy living, healthy eating helps a lot for that. Also i dont take any prescription drugs anymore It also helps 🙌
