3% of MRR seems a bit steep, especially when you start dealing with ecom entrepreneurs who may use amazon FBA and only net 20 - 30% of their MRR. A cap would make sense there. $2,500 for a $1m/yr company isn't totally bad if it's a one-time fee, but it'd be nice to know how many other folks are actually in that revenue range you can match with you'd obvious… See more
