Hi everyone, We've just released a major update to Marvel with a fresh app, site and logo design + lots of reengineered bits (React.js ftw) and features. This new framework will lay the foundation for a number of new features and services we'll be introducing very soon! 🔥🎉🔥🎉🔥🎉🔥🎉🔥🎉

The web interface for creating interactions looks A LOT like Invision. Can you go through some of Marvel's differentiating features?
G. Lucas Roe@glucasroe · UX Designer, big ol nerdlet
@seanbolak The core feature set is extremely similar. Marvel offers much more on their free tier than InVision does, so it's easier to get started and roll it into your workflow. I also greatly prefer the Sketch plugin from Marvel, it makes sending and updating artboards a breeze. The way I look at it, InVision is more of a workflow ecosystem while Marvel is focused on the hotspotting tool

@glucasroe @seanbolak InvisionApp Free plan also got the Export enables and that too without any watermark. Sketch integration is really cool though.

You can read about the launch here New in Marvel 2.0 = We’ve cleaned up and redesigned the web interface, using our new (soon to be open-sourced) style guide. Added the ability to organise your work into folders! Import users from Slack or Asana into your projects and directory New users roles for team members including Account Admin and Reviewer (a read-only mode for collaborators) roles Several parts of the app have been reengineered in React and now work faster and smarter. (If you’re passionate about React and building design tools, get in touch) Removed 7 features A new website, blog and logo! @mutlu82 can tell us the story here :)

@mutlu82 First of all, congrats on the release. Going through the pricing section I realized the only difference between the Pro and Plus plans is the ability to export offline for iOS. Feels like you're charging iOS users a "premium" price. You're definitely not the 1st company doing so. But when lots of apps are still being developed for iOS first does it make sense? Curious to know what was the thought process here?

@imperium74 maybe bcz of the fact that the iOS users are habitual of shelling out he bucks easily ::))

@dhirwan Like I said not the 1st doing that for sure. But when your target are designers/developers where iOS is a must have does it make sense?
