Mailtrack is one of the most essential tools in our company. We use it to establish a fluent communication between our partners, clients, and internal team members. The UI/UX of Mailtrack also blends in perfectly into Gmail and uses (WhatsApp-Like Receipts) proven methods of tracking for fast interpretation.
I'm shocked this product doesn't have more reviews. Have to offset the one negative review with a positive.
I've been using Mailtrack for a year now. Prior to that I tested many different online tools to track email from Gmail and none worked well enough for. HubSpot's SideKick worked wonderfully, but then became more complex as they integrated it into their CRM.
For me, I want simplicity. I want to know when my emails were read. That way it saves me the guess work of the email being delivered and read.
I highly recommend using Mailtrack and purchasing the Pro version! It's worth the minimal cost.
I've been using Mailtrack since my second year of teaching. It's fantastic to know when the recipient gets your email so there's no "I never got it..." issues. Plus, you get a reminder email when your email hasn't been opened in X amount of time which is helpful in case it's something a bit urgent. As we all know, teachers aren't exactly rolling around on cash in their living rooms when they get home, so it's nice Mailtrack offers the service for free too (granted, you don't get all the tracking stats, but I learned to let it go). I seriously recommend this product to anyone. And no, I haven't been compensated in any way for this review...it's just a damned good product!
Sadly I have to admin that most of the times it doesn't work well and returns "Sent without Mailtrack" instead. This happens both for me and my colleagues.

Easy setup and integration with Gmail.
I LOVE this app!! Its sophisticated, reliable and accurate. I have used similar apps in the past, but they were very unpredictable and often made everything far more confusing that necessary. This, on the other hand, is simple and straight forward. Definitely a keeper!
