Leadworx identifies companies even if they are anonymously browsing through your site. After a company is identified and qualified, our platform will automatically find your decision makers and engage them on multiple channels - ensuring 10x conversion as opposed to a birdbox style blind outreach :)
I'm using Leadworx for more than a year now and have enjoyed their technological progress in the meantime. They are committed to make Leadworx the most powerful and automated website leads platform in the world. I often recommend it to Salesflare users, as our integration is the strongest in the market to date.Pros:
Leadworx sends updates to Salesflare and Slack so I can easily pick up leads. The identification is also very reliable.Cons:
Nothing much. Even better data on who's already a customer would be great. The more focused the updates the better.
It’s very easy to set up, offers a ton of functionality and has a great UI/UX. But what stood out was their amazing customer success team. They worked very closely with our team to make sure the product integrated deeply into our existing processes and that it had a bottom line impact. Other similar tools that we tried gave only the company name, which is great to know but is not really actionable. But since they helped us create automated workflows to drive the data where it can be used right away, we started seeing results from 1st week. If somehow it's not working for you, email them. The data that they generate has a vast potential and they'll help you realize it.Pros:
Great product coupled with an amazing customer success team which is fanatical about providing value.Cons:
In the product, the ability to assign team members to a specific lead would be great.
I have used Leadworx in the past and it became a dependable channel for us in terms of getting more demos for our Saas platform.
Not something that you can put gas and blow up, but stll a very dependable and automated channel that gives you high intent, good quality B2B leads.Pros:
Super easy to use. Automates lead gen, to email hunting and even cold outreach to prospects.Cons:
The emails are not always the most accurate ones. At times you get the info@abc dot com as well. But that's rare.
Have been using Leadworx for 6-8 months now and it is fast becoming the main source of leads for my outbound emails. The ability to know which domains are visiting the website and getting the emails of key decision makers in those companies is a big plus.
The integration with HubSpot is really smooth so we don't get any duplicate leads. Plus they have an integration with Reply.io as well. So we are able to automate the whole process.
And the Leadworx team is always available to help you if you are stuck with even the smallest thing. So I would say try it to believe it.Pros:
Easy to set up, key integrations, automation of the outbound processCons:
the database is limited so you might not get a lot of emails but then they are not a list building tool
I have been using Leadworx for around 6 months now. It's one of my main source to generate leads using outbound process.Pros:
Leadworx is a great product. It's easy to setup, has good integartions and allows you to setup automated workflows.Cons:
The emails provided are not very accurate.
I have been using Leadworx to monitor when clients and prospects go into my website. It allows me to see a behind the scenes of what anyone is interested in.Pros:
Low Learning Curve
Integrates with SalesflareCons:
I wish the filtering on the options would have more options.
Sahil and the team also provide incredible customer support and are always willing to help out and take feedback to drive the product forward. Incredible to see where they have come in a year and excited to see how the product continues to improve over time.Pros:
Great product that has consistently been improved month to month. The slack channel feed of accounts visiting the site is very useful.Cons:
Nothing much. Improved integrations to tell who is a customer would be useful but currently working well.
Leadworx has done a beautiful job striking the right balance between form and function. The user interface is smooth, well-designed, and easy on the eyes.
Setting up my account with the Wordpress plugin was easy and worked as expected. Their Wordpress plugin was easy to download and setup.
The best part is that it connects so well many CRMs systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. I was thrilled to find Salesflare CRM in that list. The integration of Leadworx and Salesflare worked flawlessly - not a single hiccup through the whole integration process.
Within minutes after I integrated with Salesflare, Leadworx was showing all the accounts and contacts within Salesflare in Leadworx. Even better, they displayed the Salesflare accounts in 3 pie charts and classified them by industry, number of employees, and country. For the first time, I saw a breakdown of all our past accounts and clients classified by industry and number of employees.
Once I had setup my Wordpress plugin, it took a couple of hours for it to begin gathering information. Within a few more hours, I began seeing data on the site visitors. My site is just launched so I don't get much traffic yet. Within a day or so after I integrated my Wordpress account, Leadworx had already collected about 5 guests, including a business with 30 employees that is well-matched with my prospect profile.
The capture of the site visitors data into sales pipeline inside my Salesflare account was also flawless. It was really helpful to be able to capture the information into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign it to a sales-funnel stage, right from within Leadworx with the clicks of a few buttons.
In terms of cons, I can't think of many. Maybe they can expand their support of email clients a bit more and include services like Active Campaign, which is what I use. (Their roadmap mentions that they are investigating it.)Pros:
+ Right balance between form and function.
+ Integration with Salesflare was flawless - both ways.
+ Leads can be mapped to sales stages.Cons:
- No connection to ActiveCampaign - yet. (They are investigating.)
Leadworx gives me insight into the window shopping visitors on my website. Who outnumber the prospects massively. A boon for my sales team for prospects and my product marketing teams for customer profiles.Pros:
Easy and Intuitive. Fast development cycle. Works in tandem with CRM softwares and mailing services.Cons:
Matching profiles and email hunting still getting better. Team roles needed.
Extremely beneficial solution for account based marketing programs as the IP lookup tech is great for the cost plus has the ability to build automated email workflows to send prospecting emails to specific titles once a particular domain hits your website. I highly recommend it.Pros:
Simple yet powerful platform with great workflow capability. Also a nice focus on customer service to go above and beyond.Cons:
Only the challenge of all IP lookup tech, they don't match 100% of traffic but that's not a problem anyone has solved, that I'm aware of.
Tracking who's come to my website, where they're from and from what company is highly valuable information for our sales team. Using this data to then identify decision makers, outreach is no longer as cold and we can make better informed decisions on who's interested in our company as well as how our marketing is working. It's a must-have for sales and marketing teams!Pros:
Very accurate and great tool to understand who's coming to your site and the CRM integration with Salesflare is fantastic!Cons:
None that I've found
