Hi! We're happy to launch "Intro" - personal branding theme for developers. 🎉 While there are a plenty of portfolio platforms/templates for designers, we missed good solutions for developers to showcase their stories. Github profiles are great, but not enough to show something more than just a code. That's why we decided to build "Intro". We prepared content sections, which developers may use to show their skills, tools, and projects. Our goal was to make a tool, which allows you to launch a personal website in a quick and easy way. That's why your entire profile is configured in one, single JS file. Once you finish editing it, you can generate a single HTML file and then host it anywhere. Hope you'll like the idea and the design. Let us know what you think! We'll be also happy to answer any questions you may have. P.S. We also prepared a special 50% discount for PH users 😻. The promo code (PRODUCTHUNT) should be automatically added when you visit the website.

@dredurr Thanks 😃 HTML theme makes it pretty universal for all devs. It's also quite easy to host it on platforms like Github Pages or Netlify.

@w_kocjan I appreciate the thought - Netlify is such a godsend for things like this.

@jessicaelle Thanks Jessica. Netlify is indeed great - probably the easiest way to handle SSL, DNS and CI... We're generally fans of it 😉

@ayush_chandra Thank you, Ayush! I think the website may work well for some other professions too. However, to set up everything, basic technical knowledge will be required (or developer's help). The building process isn't complicated, but it requires to know how to use a command line.
