Hey, I'm the Product Manager for the Support product at Intercom. We built this integration to allow our customers to be able to get even more from our team-inbox. You can now talk to customers who message you from your Facebook Page. It's now available on Support and Acquire. Happy to answer any questions you might have!

What aren't these guys doing? Intercom is quite pricey, but you get SO MUCH! Keep up the good work guys

Love Intercom! This is great and I hope Facebook is thanking you for it! Customer communications from page admins seems pretty inconsistent and this should really increase engagement (as well as giving Intercom users a much more complete view on their customer interactions). Keep it coming, guys! My next suggestion, though: integrated billing/communications for multi-product teams. Would LOVE to see a more comprehensive view of customers' interactions across all our products.
