Well the buds work ok, the touch controls are hit and miss, the sound isn’t bad with music etc but after several phone calls I’d say this aspect is underwhelming. Had to answer calls using the phone as the touch controls wouldn’t work and the sou d is oddly wooden and a bit flat. Switched to my old set of AirPods mid call and the sound improved (same spot). Not bad for the price however. Biggest issue is the customer service which is terrible. Ordered these and succumbed to the upsell at the checkout and bought the wireless charger. It was never sent. And this is shown on their dispatch form. Rolling square now won’t provide a replacement charger so the earbuds have become even more expensive. I’d suggest buying to old version of AirPods instead and actually saving money. You can paint them if you want fancy colours!

Rolling Square-Hyphen customer service sucks. I've purchased Hyphen 1 and it was a total disaster. Pairing the earbuds was always a nightmare and after a very low use at home, the left earbud just simply stopped work after months of use. They told me that it was a "fabricating issue" and they never got responsibility for this. They just gave me a 20% of disccount in the Hyphen 2. So this is their business model, make bad products to make you buy the "new ones" in a year with "discount". In the emails they told me that there were not left earbuds available to replace mine, but they send me a url to BUY a left earbud. So there was available to sell but not to take care of their "fabricating issues". I won't recommend to anyone to buy this, there are a lot of other brands with better business practices.

I've been looking for earbuds to order for about 3 months, but in other earbuds I liked neither the design, nor the features. These ones are the combination of everything I need. So many thanks to creators!

Good ideas, but there might have been use cases they didn't consider when designing and testing this. It's pretty sensitive to touch, so you have to be careful if you're trying to adjust them in your ear. Learning and doing the touch gestures is a bit to learn since they're so many of them. Adding one physical button could have removed some touch gestures from the list, making it easier to control things.

- They do not have any active noise cancellation. They only block noise by closing your ear. - Battery Lifetime without recharging is poor, sometimes under 3 hours. - Wireless charging takes hours. - And the best... very bad blueetooth connection. Even on a bike with the iPhone in the front pocket of the shorts they are losing connection. 15m Listening Distance? Complete fake! Bought them on Indiegogo and if you want to return this peace of elctric crap you would have to pay for shipping to Italy or Switzerland (from Europe), will not get a refund for shipping costs to you and for the Indiegogo fee. Customer Service very poor, it also takes 2-3 days for one answer.

When I backed the project I thought that the 50 ft listening distance was more like a marketing claim, but actually I can walk my whole garden leaving the phone in the kitchen and having no sound drops. Impressive
