Humble Dot

As an engineering manager, I've been using Humbledot for staying connected to my team of 14 engineers. It's been especially helpful for informing my 6-month reviews. I'm looking forward to using the workflows for new-hire onboarding for my team.

Humbledot has saved my (international) team a ton of time and made our meetings more meaningful by getting the basics out of the way and teeing up the important topics. The new workflow templates are giving me some great ideas and themes beyond just the weekly cadence stuff already in place.

I would definitely recommend this product! It’s super intuitive and easy to use and allows for cross communication, teamwork, and network building with ease of access anyone can use. We have been using this product throughout different facets of my work and it’s definitely one of the most useful inclusions to the workplace, in my opinion. Again, would highly recommend for its usefulness and accessibility.
