Hi Product Hunt! HTTP Toolkit is an open-source tool I've been building full time for a little while now, as a bootstrapped solo project. This is the 2nd major release, taking it from a read-only inspection tool to a fully fledged HTTP & HTTPS debugger, for intercepting, debugging & mocking all things HTTP. The magic is one-click zero-setup interception. Press a button: get an intercepted browser and immediately see everything that browser is sending, and nothing else. Click to open a terminal, run any Python/Ruby/Node/etc script or server or other CLI tool, and see all its traffic instantly (neatly tagged by request source), with no code changes required. And now with HTTP Mock you can rewrite all that intercepted traffic too, to mock endpoints, inject errors, test edge cases, or whatever else you can come up with. There's a free release with all the essentials, and a Pro version that provides a lot of advanced options & extras on top. All 100% open source, even on the Pro side. Oh and if you've read all this, you can use IT'S-LAUNCH-DAY during the checkout for 20% off your subscription - only valid the end of today, go go go! Let me know if you have any questions πŸ˜„
Damn, this is super slick, good job @pimterry. I especially like how it opens Firefox on a different profile with the CA already installed, and the general usability is fantastic. Good job!
πŸ˜„ thanks @stavrosk!
