I mean, they're nice templates but there are so many other free options worth considering too such as the Litmus community ones https://litmus.com/community/tem...

@janklimo @td_evans So the litmus templates are just as responsive and just as compatible with email clients and browsers as the ones being sold at htmlemail.io?

@davelilly @td_evans I haven't used htmlemail.io so it would be nice to hear @leemunroe's thoughts on this. But Litmus is in the business of having perfectly responsive and compatible emails, so their stuff is pretty bullet proof. I've been basing all my campaigns on this https://github.com/rodriguezcomm... which I believe is the foundation of all the other free variations at Litmus, never had any issues.

@janklimo @td_evans Cool. Thanks, Jan. I hope you don't mind my asking, are you gonna buy this set or just continue using the other free litmus templates?

@davelilly @janklimo Yes, the Litmus ones are all Litmus tested across pretty much all clients and are responsive. They're coded/designed by some of the team at Litmus, such as Kevin Mandeville. They link to the Litmus test once you click into the design.

@davelilly Sure, Dave. I'm happy with the free templates. They are responsive and compatible, have all the elements I need and editing them is easy. This is what I use as a starting point https://litmus.com/builder/c2337fe Good luck!

@td_evans Definitely, Litmus emails are solid. If you Google "responsive html email templates" you'll find a bunch of good free options (including one I've open sourced https://github.com/leemunroe/res...)
What I've tried to do with this set is bundle all the common templates together I see startups and developers needing and checking all the boxes like including retina images, social media icons, app store buttons, 6 column grid, mobile Gmail compatibility, bulletproof buttons, inlined CSS and stylesheet. All production ready. I'm sure you could add more to this list though :)

@janklimo @td_evans Thank you both! You two are super helpful! I'd love to send you two a seeport.net sticker (for Retina MacBook Pro) if you want one. Just send me a message with your addy.

@td_evans Thanks for the link! I have been literally struggling with responsive email templates for the past few days! I'll return the favor, I have been using befree and have been happy with it: http://beefree.io/
