My favorite email support system. I hate Zendesk and co, which are way too bloated and have awful UX. I've tried a LOT of support systems.
Use this software every day. Help desk software was a crowded space and help desk software you like to use is becoming crowded. HelpScout is a really great option with great people behind it.
Damn fine content marketing from these guys too. Top notch.

My last company, Tonx Coffee made great use of Helpscout. It feels like a secret weapon.

Pros:

Real-time collaboration on tickets, Nothing falls through the cracks, Gets better with use.

Cons:

Slack integration asks for excessive permissions
