I tried this out nearly two years ago when they were starting. A bunch of other players have entered the space but Headspace mastered it. I have even gone so far as to hire a meditation coach in the past (you can ask if it was worth it) but headspace was one of the quickest paths to enabling me to reach the sort of "out of body" experience. I only experienced it once or twice and from then on only hoped to :)
