We've been using Halp for several months now in our Slack Community at Clubhouse and love it! Halp makes it super easy for our CX teams to tag feature requests from our customers within our Slack Community which then gets added to our Zendesk ticket queue.

Pros:

Easy to use and integrate with your Slack account. Halp saves IT teams and Support teams countless hours and days.

Cons:

Only works with Slack (for now!).

Early user of BubbleIQ, and have been so impressed how much this team ships. They've found something people want, and they're soft pivot into general ticketing is super exciting.

Pros:

Seamless Slack integration let's our team avoid the extra context switching of jumping into Zendesk or SFDC.

Halp is great because it puts support tickets in context of a conversation within Slack (talk about making it easy to keep the customer at the center!)

Pros:

The folks at Halp have maybe built the best Slack integration to any product I've ever seen, it makes keeping on top of support is a breeze

Cons:

It requires your team uses Slack, which now a days isn't really that much of a con!

Slack team is incredibly friendly and easy to work with in addition to having a great product

Pros:

integration into slack makes our ticketing process significantly easier, saves me a ton of time rather than going to SFDC

Cons:

I have only been using for a short time but have been very impressed so far
